State-of-the-art Incident Management tool utilized during 16-county Regional Training Exercise

The Rhodium Incident Management Suite was widely used during the Big X regional training exercise that took place in and around Dallas Fort Worth in early November. The 16-county exercise was sponsored by the North Central Texas Council of Governments and its 240 local government members. Numerous existing Rhodium clients in the area participated in the exercise, giving agencies the opportunity to put Rhodium to the test during a large scale event. Rhodium was also utilized by The Olson Group, the firm responsible for designing and coordinating the exercise.

Customer Spotlight: City of Santa Fe

The Santa Fe Police Department is comprised of 177 sworn personnel. The department serves a community of approximately 85,000 residents. Founded in 1610, Santa Fe is the State Capitol of New Mexico and the oldest state capitol in the United States. There are several State and Federal Government Organizations that operate in the city and dignitaries and government leaders often visit Santa Fe to conduct business or for leisure.

Rhodium Incident Management Utilized in Response to Hurricane Matthew

Rhodium™ Incident Management software was widely utilized in Florida and South Carolina in response to Hurricane Matthew. A number of agencies in Florida and South Carolina deployed Rhodium during their preparation and response to the hurricane. Some agencies that deployed Rhodium during the storm include the Orlando International Airport, South Carolina Highway Patrol, South Carolina Law Enforcement Division, South Carolina Department of Natural Resources, and the Charleston Police Department.

Somerset Fire Department to Utilize State-of-the-Art Incident Management Tool

Somerset Fire Department (SFD) is in the process of implementing a new tool that will assist in management of both day-to-day and major incident response. The Rhodium™ Incident Management Suite, created by Incident Response Technologies, Inc. (IRT), is a cloud-based incident management software. Rhodium allows responders to access and share valuable information including crew positions, building plans, and even weather forecasts from computers, tablets, and smartphones. While Rhodium is already used by hundreds of fire and police departments in more than 30 States, the Somerset Fire Department will be the first in Kentucky to deploy this state-of-the-art solution.

The South Carolina Dept of Natural Resources Law Enforcement Division is one of five divisions within the agency. SCDNR utilizes Rhodium for all special events including Bike Week, Hurricane Response, Winter Storm Response, Civil Disobedience Events, Beaufort Water Festival, Rockville Regatta, Coonfest, Riverfest, and more.

Rhodium Utilized in Response to South Carolina Shooting

The Rhodium™ Incident Management Suite was utilized in the response to a mass killing incident at the Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church in downtown Charleston, SC, on June 17th, 2015. The incident, which resulted in the death of nine people, included a bomb threat and a prolonged search for the gunman.

Spokane Fire Department develops Incident Action Plans (IAPs) in 50% less time and improves unified command
