Jarret Winkelman, President & CEO

As a co-founder of Incident Response Technologies, Jarret Winkelman brings more than 13 years of public safety experience to the IRT mission. His duties include overseeing the development of strategic partner relationships and aligning the ongoing development of IRT’s core software products with customer needs. Under his leadership, IRT’s products and services have been implemented by organizations in 30 states and multiple countries.

Prior to IRT, Jarret served as an Assistant EMS Chief, a HAZMAT Technician for the Department of Homeland Security, and a police and air medical dispatcher. Jarret has extensive experience in the areas of Wilderness Search and Rescue, Technical Rescue, EMS, HAZMAT, NIMS/ICS, and Critical Incident Management and Dispatching.

Jarret holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado.

Andrew Greene, Vice President of Technology

Andrew Greene oversees all software development activities, third party technology integration, and IRT's robust cloud network infrastructure. Andrew brings more than 20 years of experience in various aspects of technical development, including hardware and software, to the IRT team.

Prior to joining IRT, Andrew served in the United States Marine Corps and as an EMT, Hazmat Technician, Communications Officer, and Acting Deputy Commander for the National Medical Response Team (National Disaster Medical System / Department of Health and Human Services). Andrew has been deployed to multiple disasters and national level events.

Matt Tenure, Vice President of Sales

As VP of sales Matt Tenure is responsible for driving all sales, marketing, and client support initiatives at IRT. With a focus on improving outcomes for incident planning and response through expanding IRT’s reach. Matt brings a successful track record of more than a decade in organizational and sales development working with a wide breadth of business.

Prior to joining IRT, Matt oversaw sales and marketing initiatives for Toyota throughout targeted areas in the Western United States. During his time at Toyota he nurtured relationships with key business partners to increase sales and market presence for Toyota.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
