Jarret Winkelman, President

As a co-founder of Incident Response Technologies, Jarret Winkelman brings more than 13 years of public safety experience to the IRT mission. His duties include overseeing the development of strategic partner relationships and aligning the ongoing development of IRT’s core software products with customer needs. Under his leadership, IRT’s products and services have been implemented by organizations in 30 states and multiple countries.

Prior to IRT, Jarret served as an Assistant EMS Chief, a HAZMAT Technician for the Department of Homeland Security, and a police and air medical dispatcher. Jarret has extensive experience in the areas of Wilderness Search and Rescue, Technical Rescue, EMS, HAZMAT, NIMS/ICS, and Critical Incident Management and Dispatching.

Jarret holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado.

Andrew Greene, Vice President

Andrew Greene oversees all software development activities, third party technology integration, and IRT's robust cloud network infrastructure. Andrew brings more than 20 years of experience in various aspects of technical development, including hardware and software, to the IRT team.

Prior to joining IRT, Andrew served in the United States Marine Corps and as an EMT, Hazmat Technician, Communications Officer, and Acting Deputy Commander for the National Medical Response Team (National Disaster Medical System / Department of Health and Human Services). Andrew has been deployed to multiple disasters and national level events.

Stephen Delp, Client Success Manager

With over 10 years of sales and management experience for government and private organizations, Stephen Delp oversees IRT's robust training and account management programs, ensuring clients receive top-notch service and achieve success in their implementation and ongoing use of the Rhodium Incident Management Suite.

Before joining Incident Response Technologies, Stephen served in the United States Army as the Operations Officer for a Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Response Team. During his service, Stephen was responsible for all training, deployment, organization, logistical planning and mission operations for a technical search and rescue team. Having deployed to several natural disasters and many statewide exercises, Stephen is well versed in Emergency Management, Strategic Operations, Technical Rescue, CBRN Operations, Incident Command and the National Incident Management System.

Alex Peyton, Senior Software Engineer

Alex oversees the ongoing development of the Rhodium Incident Management Suite, and brings extensive programming experience to the IRT team. Alex is seasoned in multiple coding languages including PHP, C, JavaScript, Objective C, and Python. Alex also brings database and server administration experience.

Prior to joining the IRT team, Alex gained experience at a number of organizations ranging from successful start-ups to multinational conglomerates where he built project management and data analysis systems, with a focus on scalability and security. Alex also worked as a high school mathematics teacher. He enjoys spending time giving back to the community and participates in volunteer work, including having created charity and giving websites to support victims of the Black Forest Wildfire in Colorado.
